FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

See below for some of our frequently asked questions.

1:  PRINT ORDERS

Following receipt of a print order we will send you an email confirming receipt and attaching a form for you to complete.  This form guides you through the more detailed and bespoke information you want including on your product and things you can consider.

 

We feel that by not asking you for all this information upfront, it allows you a little more time to consider what wording you want to include and give you the opportunity to ask friends and family for input if need be.  You can consider what colour internal mounts you would like us to use, what photograph(s) you would like incorporating and any colour schemes for both the text and background.

 

We would ask that if you would prefer to come and visit us to talk through your order or collect an item that you contact us to arrange a convenient appointment.  This will ensure minimum disruption and potential discomfort to both you and any other customers we may dealing with.

 

 

2:  CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES ASHES

We fully understand that your Ashes are precious to you and we want to re-assure you that they are as precious to us.  When you choose to proceed with ordering a "Precious or Modern Tribute" with the option of including a little of your loved ones ashes we will, as with all orders confirm you order via e-mail and request your more detailed bespoke information.  This email will confirm everything about your order, will provide you with a unique reference number and allow you a return email address to forward any wording and photographs to us.  

 

We will aslo send out by 1st class post a small vile, measurer and simple instructions for you to follow and a return address.  The vile will already be pre-labelled with your details and unique reference number so you are confident that there will be no issues with ensuring your ashes are accurately labelled and used within your tribute.

 

When your print has been finalised and approved we will seal a little of your loved ones ashes within a charm / pendant and secure it within your tribute.

 

You will receive postcard certifying your loved ones ashes are included within your tribute.

 

 

 

 

3:  PROOF APPROVAL

We want you to be entirely happy with your product and will send you a proof of the first draft prior to printing.  Any amendments can be made and a revised proof will be sent until you are finally happy with your  end product.  PDF proofs will be sent minus any embellishments.  It is your responsibility to proof read the product.  Once the final proof has been approved and printed we cannot accept any responsibility for reprinting, although this can be done at a substantially reduced rate to cover any reprint costs and embellishment works only.

 

 

4:  POSTAGE / COLLECTION / VISITING US

All items will be securely packaged to avoid any damages.  In the unlikely event that your product does become damaged during transit it must be reported upon receipt so that we can discuss and rectify with the courier service and arrange a replacement for you.

 

If you live local enough and would prefer to collect your product then we can arrange a refund of postage costs or contact us in the first instance and we will arrange an invoice with free postage.
